Our graduate degree programs in education prepare teachers and school administrators to be effective leaders.

Graduate degree programs in education at Bethel University (Mishawaka, Ind.) prepare students for teaching role around the region and even around the world. Teaching candidates are taught to competently perform in their role as educators and administrators,  with effective, ethical school leadership. The ideal teaching candidate views their own development as a life-long process and strive to grow intellectually, socially and professionally, but spiritually and physically, as well.

If you have a bachelor's degree in any field and would like to become a teacher, you can complete our Transition-to-Teaching program.

TRANSITION-TO-TEACHING

Once completed, you can opt to get your master's in teaching.

MASTER OF ARTS IN TEACHING

If you have a bachelor's in education, Bethel offers a master's degree to take you to the next level, the Master of Education.

MASTER OF EDUCATION

Individuals who hold a current teaching license and wish to receive an Indiana K-12 Building Level Administrator license:

SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION LICENSURE

Individuals who hold a current teaching license and wish to receive additional licensure in Special Education:

SPECIAL EDUCATION LICENSURE
