Rebekah Miller ’18 just graduated from Bethel with a double major in Sociology and Intercultural Studies. Though she was accepted to Yale University and offered a full-ride scholarship to pursue their program in premedicine, she followed God’s call to Bethel and to ministry, even though that meant having to pay tuition. At Bethel, Miller has had the opportunity to broaden her worldview through a semester abroad in South Africa. She’s been able to work with college leaders and affect change as Student Council president. Beyond Bethel, she hopes to work in ministry or at a government think-tank to combat poverty, and eventually to pursue graduate school.
