The Bethel College Chamber Orchestra and Wind Ensemble will present a concert to the community on Thursday, Nov. 17 at 7:30 p.m. in the Everest-Rohrer Chapel/Fine Arts Center-Auditorium. Doors open at 7 p.m. The orchestra will be conducted by Professor of Music Vicky Tan Warkentien, D.M.M., and the wind ensemble will be conducted by Professor of Music Mike Kendall, Ph.D.

The Wind Ensemble will open the program with Randol Alan Bass’s Gloria and Robert Foster’s Emmanuel Variants. The Chamber Orchestra will follow with Gustav Holst’s St Paul's Suite, Op. 29 No. 2 and Mozart’s Concerto in C Major for Flute and Harp, K299. Guest alumni performers, Jessica Risinger (harp) and Carmen Ritchie (flute), return as featured soloists. In addition, the Orchestra will join forces with the Mishawaka High School Orchestra under the direction of alumna Brooke Victor to perform several numbers including Capriccio Italien, Op. 45 by Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
