The Bethel College Campus Store is hosting a book signing for “The Self-Aware Leader,” written by Terry Linhart, Ph.D., Bethel College professor of Christian ministries and chair of the Department of Religion & Philosophy. The signing will be on Thursday, March 30 from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Campus Store.

The book is published by InterVarsity Press and the foreword was written by leadership expert Carey Nieuwhof. It unpacks the most common personal challenges experienced by leaders in Christian ministry, and helps readers develop the self-awareness necessary for authentic and effective leadership. Full of encouragement and wisdom, the book guides readers in becoming more in tune with their gifts, temptations, past history, dominant emotions and margins.

Those who come to the signing can purchase a copy of the book at a discounted price of $12. It is also available from Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Christianbook.com or IVPress.com.

Linhart has more than 25 years of experience leading and teaching on topics related to Christian ministry and organizational oversight. He is particularly focused on developing young leaders for vocational careers in ministry. His speaking, teaching, research and writing have allowed him to become a global voice on a wide range of topics, which helped him gain recognition on Twitter as one of the top 50 professors on leadership, strategy and innovation.
